Storing your cheesecake
Cheesecake is best served cold
All cheesecakes are made in small batches using the highest quality ingredients.
Cheesecake is a perishable item and is frozen once made to preserve quality.
To save for later simply place in the freezer. When ready to enjoy follow the thawing instructions below
7" & 9"
Ready to eat in approximately 15 - 20 minutes or you can eat them frozen they are pretty tasty that way too. If giving as a gift I would suggest placing in the freeze until ready to gift.
It is recommended to thaw over night in the refrigerator.
You may also set out on the counter and it will be ready to cut and serve in approximately 1 to 2 hours.
7" & 9"
Place any left overs in the refrigerator and eat within 5 days or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Tip cut into slices before freezing leftovers, leave room between slices or wrap individually so the don't freeze together.
